Jugal Himal trekking or Pancha Pokharai ( 5 Holy Lakes ) 4360 Mts.

This trek takes up to five sacred lakes deep in side the north of Nepal. A gentle Trek in rich and diverse landscape, a mixture of peoples and abundance of Birds. Mammals and Flora at 5 scared Holy lakes there is a small temple to Hindu Shiva, the five lakes and are divided in to two larger lakes representing mother and father , and three smaller lakes representing  the there children. 5 Holy lakes Jugal Himal.
 
It's really not much crowded but beautiful areas. We called also Jugal Himal trekking for this trek from this area. You could see Mt. Everest, Dorje-Lakpa, Gaurishanker, Lotshe, Ganesh Himal and other more important peaks as well. You will pass many different Budhist Stupa and Rhododendrons Forest as. During this journey the highest point is 4360 Mts. on 5 holy lakes from 4360 Mt.  point you can see Mt. Purbigyanchu Glacier too.
Day by day itinerary.
 
  1. Arrive in Kathmandu and transfer to hotel in ktm.
  2. Kathmandu, free days or sightseeing
  3. Start trekking – Kathmandu to Melamchipul & camp at Dav after permit
  4. Dav to Yarsha
  5. Yarsha to Narimpati 3565m.
  6. Narimpati to 5 Holy Sacred Lakes and visit 4360m.
  7. 5 Holy lakes to Narimpati
  8. Narimpati to Chingtang Gumpa
  9. Chingtang to Pepsal
  10. Pepsal to Jalbire Bazaar & camp at by the river side.
  11. Jalbire to Yanglakot 2990 M high point
  12. Yanglakot to Bara Bishe Sunkoshi River side.
  13. Bara Bishe to Tauthali camp
  14. Tauthali to Mude 2995m.
  15. Mude to Kalopani 3150m.
  16. Kalopani to 3350m. point pass this is a one of the best view point of Himalayas
  17. To Khare pani
  18. To Chauri River side
  19. To Kattike Deaurali
  20. To Arubot  ( Our Village )
  21. Rest days in AruBot
  22. Amaltari
  23. To Dolalghat and take bus to Katmandu.
